Role Description

Things Alive Solutions is looking for a skilled SAP BTP CAP FIORI specialist to join their team in Bengaluru in a full-time, on-site role. The role involves developing, enhancing, deploying and supporting SAP BTP CAP FIORI applications using SAPUI5 and SAP Fiori technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing custom-built SAPUI5 and SAP Fiori solutions, and will work with cross-functional teams, including designers and back-end developers, to create a seamless user experience and enhanced functionality.

We are seeking an experienced BTP Lead to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and possess expertise in ABAP, ABAP RAP Model, Fiori/UI5, and BTP CAP Model.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) solutions.
• Lead and manage a team of developers and ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and design solutions.
• Design and develop custom solutions using ABAP, ABAP RAP Model, Fiori/UI5, and BTP CAP Model.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BTP solutions.
• Ensure that solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest BTP technologies and trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in BTP development and implementation.
• Strong experience in ABAP, ABAP RAP Model, Fiori/UI5, and BTP CAP Model.
• Strong leadership skills and experience leading a team of developers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Experience with agile methodologies is a plus.
