KATBOTZ LLC is seeking experienced SAP FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management) professionals to join our team. Candidates should have extensive expertise in SAP FSCM and integration with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), with a minimum of 10 years of experience in implementing SAP FSCM for large multinational companies. Expertise in order-to-cash processes, dispute management, banking, collections, and credit management is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Configuration: Configure and customize SAP FSCM solutions to achieve business goals and objectives for the Accounts Receivable (AR) department.
- Integration and Alignment: Ensure seamless integration of SAP FSCM with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and other SAP modules, aligning with business processes and requirements.
- Business Process Optimization: Collaborate with business, cross-functional, finance, and technical teams to optimize financial processes, improve cash flow, and streamline credit and payment processes.
- Drive Solutions: Implement solutions in SAP FSCM, including Credit Management, Collections, Disputes, Banking Integration, and Credit Card Integration.
- Dispute Resolution: Implement solutions for resolving financial disputes between clients and their suppliers or customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze clients financial supply chain processes, including order-to-cash cycles, credit management, payment processing, and collections, to identify areas for improvement.
- Best Practices Advisory: Provide expert advice on best practices in financial supply chain management, including credit risk assessment and management, tailored to client needs.
- Training and Support: Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate clients on financial supply chain management concepts and tools, and provide ongoing support.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business, finance, and technical teams to ensure cohesive and efficient implementation of SAP FSCM solutions in a global environment.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement through effective communication and service delivery.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in financial supply chain management, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance service offerings and methodologies.
- Design and deliver presentations, reports, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate clients on financial supply chain management concepts and tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial processes
- Conduct system testing and resolve complex issues
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP FSCM consulting
- Strong expertise in SAP SD integration with SAP FSCM
- Proven track record in implementing SAP FSCM solutions
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and client management abilities
- SAP certifications in relevant modules (preferred)
