Join our esteemed team at Praja Consulting and lead innovative financial projects as a Senior SAP FICO Consultant. This vital role centers on leveraging extensive SAP expertise to manage and optimize our core financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and testing of core FI/CO modules, including GL, New GL functionality, AP, AR, Asset Management, Consolidations, CO-PA, Cost center accounting, Profit center accounting, and Product costing.
- Ensure deep integration and functionality of the FI/CO modules, focusing on process simplification in S/4HANA.
- Oversee four full lifecycle SAP implementations, with a strong emphasis on S/4HANA Greenfield implementations, from project preparation through go-live and hyper-care phases.
- Manage and enhance financial and controlling modules, emphasizing Taxation, P&L, and Balance Sheet integrity.
- Conduct detailed analysis of complex business processes, providing innovative and effective solutions, and ensuring system solutions meet customer requirements.
- Serve as a key liaison between business functions and technical teams, facilitating communication and project success.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years in SAP FI/CO configuration, including extensive experience with S/4HANA.
- Profound knowledge in FICO Enterprise structure, FSCM, New GL functionality, Material Ledger, Taxation, Banking Automation, and integrated logistics accounting entries.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred; additional certifications in SAP S4 HANA are highly regarded.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze problems and deliver clear, effective solutions independently.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, capable of leading a team and managing workload effectively across diverse projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Taxation and financial reporting, with a strong foundation in manufacturing and service sector financial processes.
- SAP Certification in Financial Accounting or Management Accounting is an asset.
- Experience in product-based sales environments and familiarity with SAP Fiori transactional and analytical apps.
