Avigna is looking for a SAP FICO Consultant with a strong background in Treasury and Cash Management (TCM) to join our team in Sweden.The ideal candidate is willing to relocate to Sweden and will have extensive experience in implementing and supporting SAP FICO modules and Treasury functionalities to drive financial operations and optimize cash flow processes. You will work closely with finance teams to understand business requirements and provide solutions that enhance financial reporting, cash management, and risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities:
- SAP FICO Implementation & Support: Configure and support SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO), to meet business needs.
- Treasury and Cash Management: Implement and manage SAP Treasury and Cash Management (TCM) modules, including Cash Positioning, Liquidity Forecasting, Bank Communication Management (BCM), and Cash Flow Analysis.
- Bank Communication & Integration: Set up and maintain bank interfaces, manage electronic bank statements (EBS), and facilitate integration with external banking platforms.
- Risk and Compliance: Implement risk management solutions, including financial risk assessment and exposure management for foreign exchange, interest rates, and commodities.
- Cash Flow Optimization: Enhance cash flow forecasting and liquidity management processes, enabling effective cash planning and utilization of company funds.
- Financial Closing and Reporting: Assist with month-end and year-end financial closings, ensuring data integrity across SAP FICO and Treasury modules, and generate accurate financial reports.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements in financial operations, particularly within cash management, payment processing, and reconciliation.
- Documentation and Training: Document functional specifications, configuration settings, and provide end-user training for FICO and Treasury processes.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP Treasury and Cash Management (TCM).
- Skills: Proficiency in SAP FICO modules and Treasury sub-modules, such as Cash and Liquidity Management, In-House Cash (IHC), and Bank Communication Management (BCM).
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Finance, integration with external banking systems, and experience with SAP interfaces (IDOCs, ALE).
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: SAP FICO or Treasury-related certifications are a plus.
