We are seeking an experienced SAP Fieldglass Consultant to lead the implementation of SAP Fieldglass solutions integrated with SAP HANA. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP Fieldglass, a strong grasp of HANA architecture, and experience in managing end-to-end implementation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of SAP Fieldglass solutions, ensuring seamless integration with SAP HANA.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and create project plans.
- Configure and customize SAP Fieldglass applications to meet business needs.
- Conduct data mapping and migration activities from legacy systems to SAP HANA.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure functionality and performance meet business requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of the new system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP Fieldglass and HANA integration.
- Stay updated on SAP innovations and best practices related to Fieldglass and HANA.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SAP Fieldglass implementation, with a focus on HANA integration.
- Strong understanding of HANA database architecture and capabilities.
- Experience with data migration, system integration, and testing methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- SAP certifications in Fieldglass or HANA are a plus.
