- Looking for candidates proficient in SAP implementation methodology such as ASAP and Active Methodology.
- Responsible for the design, configuration, and testing of core FI/CO modules including GL, New GL functionality, AP, AR.
- Responsible for the design, configuration, and testing of Asset Management, Consolidations, CO-PA, Cost center accounting, Profit center accounting, and Product costing.
- Experience and knowledge of key integration points with FI/CO modules is essential.
- Ability to configure FICO processes in S/4HANA and understanding of simplifications in the FICO module is required.
- Thorough knowledge of FICO Enterprise structure, Business partner, FSCM, New GL functionality, Material ledger, Taxation, Banking automation, and Logistics integrated accounting entries is necessary.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, preferably in Finance / Accounting.
- A minimum of 10 years of SAP FI/CO configuration experience is required.
- Should have four full lifecycle SAP implementation experiences (Project Preparation through Go-Live and Hyper care) and at least 2 full lifecycle S/4HANA greenfield implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Taxation, P&L, and Balance sheet.
Business knowledge and process design skills are a plus.
- Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations is essential.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing workload effectively is essential.
