Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling) Consultant with 6-10 years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP FICO modules in various business environments. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP FICO functionalities and have a strong ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, robust, and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation & Configuration:
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP FICO modules (Finance Accounting & Controlling).
- Analyze business requirements and design SAP solutions to meet the financial and controlling needs of the organization.
- Configure financial accounting processes (FI) including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, and bank accounting.
- Configure controlling processes (CO) including cost center accounting, internal orders, profit center accounting, product costing, and profitability analysis.
- Consultation & Support:
- Provide SAP FICO consultation services to business users and internal teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO functionality and integrations.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Offer guidance on best practices and standard operating procedures for SAP FICO processes.
- Integration:
- Oversee SAP FICO integration with other modules such as MM, SD, PP, and others.
- Ensure smooth data flow and reporting between SAP FICO and other enterprise applications.
- Testing & Documentation:
- Coordinate testing of SAP FICO solutions (unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing).
- Ensure all configurations are properly documented for future reference and compliance purposes.
- Prepare detailed functional specifications, test plans, and end-user training materials.
- End-User Training & Support:
- Develop and deliver training programs for end users.
- Provide post-implementation support and system enhancements based on user feedback.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in SAP FICO processes and recommend solutions to enhance performance, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP FICO updates and best practices.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 6-10 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP FICO modules in medium to large-scale projects.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and SAP CO (Controlling).
- Experience with integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PS, and others).
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications is a plus.
