About the RoleThe ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting SAP FICO modules, ensuring seamless financial processes, and providing expertise in financial accounting and controlling.
Key Responsibilities- Configure and maintain SAP FICO modules to support business processes.
- Conduct system testing, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Develop and maintain functional specifications and documentation.
- Provide enduser training and support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Participate in SAP FICO implementation and upgrade projects.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5-7 years of handson experience with SAP FICO modules.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting (FI) and controlling (CO) processes.
- Experience in SAP configuration, integration, and data migration.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills Required- SAP certification in FICO.
- Experience with S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD).
