SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting Consultant

We are seeking a skilled SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining SAP FI modules in S/4HANA to support our clients financial accounting and reporting needs. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in SAP FI and S/4HANA, with the ability to deliver high-quality solutions and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with clients and business analysts to gather and understand business requirements related to financial accounting and reporting.

2. SAP FI Configuration: Configure SAP FI modules in S/4HANA, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Financial Close processes.

3. Data Migration: Assist in data migration activities, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data during system transitions.

4. Reporting and Analytics: Develop and enhance financial reports and analytics using SAP S/4HANA reporting tools, such as SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori.

5. Integration: Work closely with other SAP modules and teams to ensure seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA, including SAP MM, SAP SD, and SAP CO.

6. Compliance: Ensure that financial processes and configurations adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, as well as best practices in accounting standards.

7. Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and user manuals.

8. Testing: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to validate the functionality and accuracy of SAP FI solutions.

9. Support and Training: Provide end-user training and support, assisting with issue resolution and troubleshooting.

10. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on SAP FI S/4HANA best practices, new features, and innovations, and make recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP FI implementation and support, with specific experience in S/4HANA.
• Proficiency in configuring SAP FI modules, including GL, AP, AR, AA, and Financial Close processes.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and reporting standards.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA reporting tools and analytics.
• Knowledge of SAP integration techniques and familiarity with other SAP modules.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• SAP certification in Financial Accounting is a plus.
