SAP Application support to deliver the completion of SAP Service Requests within the expected SLAs, KPIs and within budget constrains (if any) meeting expectations of key users and business process owners.
Work with project internal & external stakeholders to ensure successful SAP IT service request delivery
Should have managed projects as well as SAP support assignments for minimum 10 years & should have exposure to Change Management
Strong coordination and cross team collaboration skills
Take complete ownership in the further enhancement and support in the area of SAP Finance and Controlling including SAP Sales and Distribution
