SAP EWM Functional Consultant
Short Description:
Ideal candidate will possess 2 8 years of config and implementation experience of EWM (at least 2 full life cycle implementations) and strong functional & EW product knowledge.
Description :
- Participating in full cycle implementations (fit gap analysis, Warehouse layout configuration, testing, Trainings to users, Stock data cut over/load, GoLive, Hyper care) in SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)
- Responsible for the Functional aspects of the Analysis and Design Process and its associated documentation functional specification, Test Plans, etc
- Ability to work with Business stakeholders (Warehouse Supervisors, Process coaches) and gather the layout, requirements
- Transform business function requirements and perform configs in SAP EWM, document and execute unit tests, systems, integration and acceptance tests and testing tools for functions of high functional complexity.
- Develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for completion of config, system testing and implementation phases of project.
- Engage other technical team members in the design, delivery, and deployment of SAP EWM solution
- Ensure integration system activities including monitoring the technical architecture (particularly scalability, availability and archiving) meet all SLA's.
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on SAP configuration/implementation experience within the Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) is required.
- Trains the Warehouse operators on the ground, Guides and troubleshoots during the implementation
- Experience in direct goods receipt and deconsolidation, goods issue process via stock transfer orders, put away and picking strategies, Kitting.
- Strong exposure with Radio Frequency (Mobile data entry) functionalities.
- Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment is required.

Qualification:
- 2-8 years of SAP EWM implementation experience (2 full cycle implementations)
- 2-5 years of SAP EWM config experience
- Good communication & presentation, collaboration skills
- SAP ABAP programming experience is a plus
