Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled SAP EWM Consultant to join our team in Italy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions, optimizing the client's warehousing operations. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth integration of EWM with other SAP modules and support the overall supply chain and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP EWM in client projects.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective EWM solutions.

Customize SAP EWM functionalities such as warehouse structure setup, inbound and outbound processes, storage control, inventory management, and labor management.

Integrate SAP EWM with other SAP modules like MM, SD, and TM.

Perform testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Provide end-user training and support, ensuring a smooth go-live and post-go-live support.

Work with stakeholders to streamline and automate warehousing processes.

Prepare technical and functional documentation, including blueprints, specifications, and user manuals.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP EWM and its integration with other systems.

Keep up to date with SAP EWM developments and industry best practices.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM implementation and support.

Strong understanding of warehousing and logistics processes.

Expertise in SAP EWM configuration, including inbound/outbound processes, physical inventory, and warehouse monitoring.
