Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM Architect to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and a proven track record of designing and implementing EWM solutions in complex environments. This role requires working onsite from our Bangalore office and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful EWM implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of SAP EWM solutions.
- Provide expert-level guidance on SAP EWM functionalities, including inbound/outbound processes, warehouse operations, and integration with other SAP modules (such as SAP MM, SAP SD, and SAP TM).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective SAP EWM solutions.
- Oversee the configuration and customization of the SAP EWM system.
- Ensure the alignment of the SAP EWM solution with industry best practices and organizational goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of SAP EWM consultants, providing technical and functional guidance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to EWM implementations and system performance.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities for team members and stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation and provide post-implementation support.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in SAP, with at least 6+ years specializing in SAP EWM.
- Proven experience in architecting and implementing large-scale SAP EWM solutions.
- Strong expertise in warehouse management processes, logistics, and supply chain management.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP EWM functionalities, including labor management, RF frameworks, warehouse task management, and slotting/rearrangement.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in SAP EWM.
