Primary Purpose of this Position
This position will be a member of the Global IT Strategic Support Team (ITSS). The incumbent will work in partnership with global & cross-functional business/IT COE functional or technical teams focusing on SAP EWM issues. Experience with SAP MM or SAP SD is a plus. This position is responsible for helping develop and configure solutions and support functional solutions on a global level. This role will provide support to the functional area by learning to resolve level II incidents globally and supporting functional team subject matter experts.
Job Responsibilities
. Provide level II incident resolution in the functional area of support with high focus on EWM system. Document issue resolution for knowledge transfer as appropriate
. Work with functional team subject matter experts and business partners to understand documented requirements. Translate detailed requirements into development and/or configuration to meet the business need in the functional area of focus
. Provide support for unit and integration testing of new or changed business/technical processes. Develop business/technical cycle tests for use by the stakeholder community. Document all process changes and provide knowledge to relevant stakeholders
Job Requirements
. Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline
. Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience (SAP EWM support).
. Ability to understand the business needs and deliver prompt, e fficient, quality service to the business works to anticipate, identify, and meet end-user needs drives outward results and ensures high-quality standards are met
. Strong verbal and written communication with a strong command of spoken and written English
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills takes on responsible roles and accountability for outcomes.
. Amenable to work on mid-shift or night-shift or to work flexible working hours as needed
