Mandatory Skills (Must Have):
- Experience: 3+ years in HR data reporting and business analytics using EC Report Story module and SF Canvas
- HR Data Expertise: Strong understanding of HR data structures and systems; ability to generate various HR data-related reports
- MIS Reporting: Experience in MIS reporting
- Proficiency: SAP Business Objects, SAP Analysis for Office
- Documentation: Ability to document HR Reporting processes
- MS Excel: Advanced skills
Optional Skills (Good to Have):
- Stakeholder Management: Experience managing stakeholders
- Dashboard Design: Proficiency in designing and developing dashboards in PowerPoint and Excel
- Analytical Skills: Ability to translate business problems into effective analysis plans
- Data Handling: Expertise in data pull and preparation while collaborating with stakeholders
- Data Integrity: Knowledge of confidentiality, data protection, and data integrity in HR systems and processes
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Reporting & Analytics Services: Provide various reporting and analytics services to global customers
- HR Reports: Prepare recurring monthly and quarterly HR reports for the Line of Business (LoB)
- Query Design: Design queries in SAP BO, SAP WEBI, SuccessFactors, and SAP HR as per user requirements
- Data Visualization: Convert tables and lists into meaningful charts and graphs
- Report Automation: Automate existing reports in SAP WEBI and ensure continuous improvement
- Ownership: Take complete ownership of project deliverables from end-to-end
- Support Quality: Provide high-quality support that meets or exceeds customer expectations
- User Experience: Maintain a seamless and consistent user experience across all NN HR data services
- This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in HR reporting and analytics, who is adept at using SAP tools and has advanced Excel skills. The candidate should be committed to continuous improvement and delivering high-quality support to global customers.
