We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Datasphere and BW
Conversion Specialist to join our team for an offshore role based in Bangalore or Hyderabad.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP S4 HANA implementation and a
strong background in data conversion and BW. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage data
conversion projects for SAP S4 HANA implementation. Develop and execute data
conversion strategies, plans, and schedules.
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external
vendors, to ensure successful data conversion. Perform data extraction, transformation,
and loading (ETL) activities. Monitor data conversion progress and performance, identifying
and mitigating risks and issues.
Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the conversion process. Prepare and present
data conversion reports and documentation to senior management and stakeholders.
Provide guidance and support to data conversion team members, fostering a collaborative
and productive work environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- SAP certification is a plus. Skills:

- Strong data analysis and problem solving skills.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk
management.
- Ability to manage multiple data conversion projects and priorities simultaneously.

- Experience with ETL tools such as SAP Data Services, Informatica, or similar.
