Job Summary: The SAP Data Migration Lead will spearhead the data migration initiatives, overseeing the extraction of data from legacy systems, its transformation, and loading onto the S4HANA platform. This role demands a strategic thinker with a robust understanding of SAP modules, data objects, and their interdependencies.
Responsibilities:
- Define the data migration strategy, including scope, process, tools, roles, and responsibilities.
- Collaborate with functional process owners to identify data scope and ownership.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of SAP modules and data objects, along with the responsibilities of various teams throughout the phases of an SAP S4HANA migration project.
- Supervise the data migration teams activities, review deliverables, and provide guidance to data migration consultants.
- Develop complex migration objects and manage mock data load cycles, final production loads, data validation, and sign-off.
- Plan, track, and report on the data migration teams activity status.
- Lead SAP Data Migration Projects - Extract data from Legacy systems , Transform, Load to S4HANA
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in ETL Tools, particularly SAP Data Services.
- Expertise in ABAP Technical Development.

Job Summary: The SAP Data Migration Consultant is responsible for delivering SAP Data Migration projects, which includes extracting data from legacy systems, transforming it, and loading it onto the S4HANA platform. The role requires a detail-oriented professional with a solid grasp of data migration processes.
Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements from business process owners and SAP functional solution designers.
- Prepare migration specifications, including extraction criteria, data mapping sheets with transformation rules, and validation processes.
- Develop migration programs using ETL tools and ABAP programs.
- Execute migration tasks and resolve technical issues.
- Coordinate the data validation process and secure sign-off from business process owners.
