We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM Consultant specializing in Customer Database (CDB), SAP Marketing Cloud (SMC), and NPS Customizing. This role involves managing service requests, resolving incidents, and customizing solutions to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver service requests for SAP CRM, including CDB, SMC, and NPS customization.
- Understand business requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP CRM issues.
- Document incidents and resolutions.
- Customize SAP CRM solutions focusing on CDB, SMC, and NPS.
- Work with cross-functional teams for seamless integration.
- Communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay updated with SAP CRM developments.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5 - 7 years of SAP CRM experience, with focus on CDB, SMC, and NPS customization.
- Proven ability to manage service requests and resolve incidents.
- Strong understanding of SAP CRM architecture and integration.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in end-user training and support.
- SAP certification in CRM or related modules is a plus.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience with other SAP modules and integrations.
- Knowledge of SAP technology trends.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
