2nd Level Support for global Sales & Marketing Process, Handling of global system settings in CRM
Maintenance of Interfaces (Navigator, SAP ERP/PLC/BW)
Middleware monitoring Second Prio:
Support in different stages of product life cycle.
Carry out process and tool training.
Create training and user documentation.
Maintenance of Master Data and Factors
Create and adjust forms of Sales & Marketing Process
Roll-Out of CRM system & new functionalities Area of Responsibility/ Skills
Supporter for Marketing & Sales Process with capability in training and application management as well as rollouts Education Required
Completed university studies in information technology Areas of Expertise
Experience in Marketing & Sales Process & System Customization
Experience in Data Integration Solutions (SAP Integration Suite, MuleSoft, etc.)
Technology: SAP CRM, Salesforce Marketing & Sales Cloud
Interfaces: Webservices, iDOC
Project Management expertise / Scrum / SAFe
Experience in Business Process Modelling & Training
Experience in the machine and plant industry.
Very good knowledge of English verbal and written. Methodological Skills
Has a clear procedure to support and organize trainings adapted to user requirements.
Understands how to proceed systematically/ methodically.
Is skilled in process-oriented thinking, possesses conceptual skills and the ability to think analytically.
Has the ability to quickly gain an overview of the situation; analyze situations and to propose workable solutions.
Knows project management methods needed to complete projects successfully. Personal Qualities
