We are currently seeking a SAP CRM Rollout Support to join our team in Bangalore, Karntaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Service management (SPICE) support & rollout
Responsibilities
- Being a team member and support IT rollout project lead
- Cooperation with the stakeholders (global IT, business) is required
- Analyze of the project related business and end-user requirements
- Delivery of the project tasks on the time
- Working on SAP CRM customizing tasks ( Sales , Service,WUI and Marketing )
- Able to work with third party integration systems and being responsible to coordination of stakeholders
- Responsible of the third party consultant coordination.
- Supplying necessary manuals and technical documentation in Jira, Confluence etc.
- Being of a member of an Agile Organization
Profile
- Bachelor degree from MIS, Informatics, Industrial Engineering or a similar discipline
- 3+ year experience with SAP CRM in IT business or system analysis areas
- Involvement at least 2 full cycle CRM CS project implementation
- Demonstrable experience of multiple end-to-end project lifecycles
- Familiar with Agile Frameworks (Scrum, Kanban etc.)
- Understanding of customer service business processes with capacity to perform multiple tasks and deal with different expectations
- Excellent command of English + excellent interpersonal communication, problem solving, analytic skills, highly self-motivation
