Sap Crm Functional Consultant

Overview: We are seeking a seasoned SAP CRM Techno-Functional Consultant with 6-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both technical and functional aspects of SAP CRM modules, with a proven track record of successful implementations, customization, and support. This role requires deep expertise in configuring SAP CRM solutions, developing custom enhancements, and integrating with other SAP modules and external systems. The consultant will play a key role in delivering high-quality solutions that meet business requirements and enhance user productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee SAP CRM implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Customize SAP CRM functionalities using ABAP, Web UI, and CRM Middleware to align with business processes and improve user experience.
• Develop technical specifications for custom enhancements, reports, and interfaces, and collaborate with development teams for implementation.
• Perform complex system configurations, data migrations, and integrations with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and third-party applications.
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and support teams on SAP CRM technical and functional aspects.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical issues related to SAP CRM applications and integrations, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and internal teams.
• Stay abreast of SAP CRM latest releases, features, and best practices to recommend and implement system improvements.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and project managers to deliver integrated solutions that meet client expectations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6-10 years of hands-on experience as a SAP CRM Techno-Functional Consultant, with a strong focus on both technical and functional aspects.
• Expertise in SAP CRM modules such as Sales, Service, Marketing, and Interaction Center.
• Proficiency in SAP CRM customization, configuration, and development using ABAP, Web UI, CRM Middleware, and related technologies.
• Solid understanding of SAP CRM integration methodologies with other SAP modules and external systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• SAP certifications in CRM or related modules (preferred).
