Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned SAP CRM Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting SAP CRM solutions to meet the customer relationship management needs of the organization. This role involves understanding business requirements, configuring SAP CRM modules, and collaborating with business stakeholders to optimize CRM processes

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design customized SAP CRM solutions.
  • Configure and customize SAP CRM modules, including Sales, Marketing, and Service, based on business needs.
  • Provide technical and functional support for SAP CRM implementations and upgrades.
  • Participate in project planning, risk management, and change control processes.
  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide post-go-live support.
  • Lead end-to-end SAP CRM implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP CRM solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to integrate SAP CRM with other SAP modules and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow between SAP CRM and other business applications.
  • Conduct user training sessions to educate end-users on SAP CRM functionalities.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP CRM users. Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices for SAP CRM processes to align with organizational goals.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP CRM configurations, customizations, and processes.
  • Develop user manuals and training materials as needed.
  • Conduct thorough testing of SAP CRM solutions to ensure quality and adherence to business requirements. Identify and address any issues or discrepancies during the testing phase.

Must-Have Skills

  • Must have 3-6 years of experience in SAP CRM implementation and support roles, with at least one full implementation.
  • Should have strong experience in configuring and customizing key concepts of SAP CRM, including Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
  • Should have experience in data exchange between ERP backend and SAP CRM, including Middleware in BDOCS and handling failed IDocs independently.
  • Should be proficient in Marketing Trade Promotion Management and CRM Service Module, with hands-on experience in Service Requests, Service Contracts, Service Orders, Complaints, and Returns processes.
  • Should have familiarity with Installed Base Management and SAP C/4HANA, both on-premise and cloud solutions.
  • Should be proficient in MS Dynamics CRM.
  • Should have strong understanding of integration points between SAP CRM and other SAP modules, and experience with ALE, RFC, Web Services, BAPIs, and SAP PI.
  • Should have excellent analytical skills and ability to perform root cause analysis.
  • Should have solid project management skills with the ability to lead and coordinate SAP CRM projects.
  • Should have strong consulting skills, business knowledge, and SAP solution expertise to effectively integrate SAP technology into the clients business environment, achieving expected business results.
  • Should have experience with SAP CRM Campaign, High Volume Segmentation/Profiling, TREX Indexing, and working in a highly customized SAP environment.
  • Should be capable of designing, implementing, and supporting SAP solutions, managing priority-based support tickets, and understanding SLAs while playing a vital role in identifying root cause analysis (RCA).
  • Must have experience in SAP CRM Service process along with CRM Billing, integration with ECC system. (E2E Service Process in SAP CRM)Must have experience in SAP CRM Sales Processes (Activity Management, Lead Management & Opportunity Management) and provide solutions to business as and when required.

Good To Have Skills

  • SAP CRM certification is preferred.
