Overview
We are seeking a results-driven and accountable team member with proven expertise in SAP CRM on-premise systems to join our support team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, effective communication, and the ability to independently manage tasks with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Task Ownership: Take full responsibility for assigned tasks, from ticket resolution to stakeholder coordination, ensuring timely completion.
SAP CRM Support: Provide expert-level support for SAP CRM on-premise systems, including analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Proactive Issue Management: Anticipate potential problems, address root causes, and recommend long-term solutions to improve system stability.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding of priorities.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and knowledge base entries using tools like Jira.
Time Management: Prioritize tasks effectively to meet SLA deadlines and team objectives without sacrificing quality.
Agile Collaboration: Work seamlessly within an Agile framework (Scrum/Kanban), contributing to team goals and adapting to changing requirements.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP CRM on-premise systems in a support or implementation role.
Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of SAP CRM modules, particularly in service and customer support processes.
Project Involvement: Experience in at least two full-cycle SAP CRM project implementations.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with an ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
Self-Motivation: Highly self-driven, capable of working independently while meeting deadlines and delivering consistent results.
Agile Familiarity: Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and related tools.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience working with third-party integrations and coordinating with external consultants.
Proven ability to improve processes and implement efficient support strategies.
Demonstrated history of contributing to system stability and user satisfaction through proactive support.
