We are seeking a highly skilled SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) Specialist to join our team for a full-time role. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP CPI and integration scenarios, ensuring seamless data flow and system integration across various platforms. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work across India with leading clients in diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Integration Development: Design, develop, and implement integration flows using SAP CPI to connect various SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Project Management: Lead and manage SAP CPI projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment. Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
- System Configuration: Configure and manage SAP CPI components, including integration adapters, message mappings, and API management.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Monitor integration processes, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely support and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
- Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their integration requirements and provide expert advice on best practices and solutions.
- Documentation: Develop comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, integration designs, and user guides.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business analysts, to ensure cohesive and efficient integration solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of experience in SAP CPI and integration technologies.
- Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in SAP CPI, SAP Integration Suite, SAP PI/PO, and related integration tools. Experience with APIs, web services, and other integration protocols.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex integration issues.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications: SAP CPI certification is highly desirable.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in specific industries such as finance, manufacturing, or logistics.
- Project Management: PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
