BTP Governance & UX Lead/ Expert

We are seeking a BTP Governance and UX Expert to manage and oversee the governance, operations, and user experience aspects of our SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). The successful candidate will ensure the optimal usage of BTP services while delivering a seamless and efficient user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) within the SAP ecosystem, specifically focusing on SAP Fiori. This role combines strategic governance with hands-on technical expertise to enhance user satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Job responsibilities:

BTP Governance:

Manage and oversee global and sub-accounts in SAP BTP, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and best practices.

Implement and enforce security policies, data protection, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Drive license management, monitoring usage and ensuring compliance to optimize cost efficiency.

Work with cross-functional teams to manage cloud services, including provisioning, consumption monitoring, and budget management.

Regularly review and optimize service consumption to ensure costeffectiveness and alignment with business needs.

User Experience (UX) Design & Management:

Lead the design, customization, and optimization of SAP Fiori applications for an intuitive and efficient user experience.

Conduct UX research and gather feedback from users to continuously improve Fiori apps and SAP interfaces.

Collaborate with business units to define UI/UX requirements that align with business objectives and user needs.

Develop and implement UI design standards and ensure consistency across all Fiori applications.

Collaborate with technical teams, including developers, SAP consultants, and infrastructure teams, to ensure successful implementation of governance and UX initiatives.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Minimum 5-7 years of experience working with SAP BTP in governance, security, or cloud service management.

3+ years of experience in SAP Fiori design and development, including user experience (UX) research, prototyping, and implementation.

Proven experience in managing global cloud accounts, licensing, and cost optimization within SAP environments.

Experience working with security and compliance frameworks in cloud environments.

Fluency in English (Japanese is plus)

Technical skills:

In-depth knowledge of SAP BTP architecture and its service offerings, including SAP HANA Cloud, SAP Integration Suite, and more.

Expertise in Fiori UX development and familiarity with SAPUI5.

Strong understanding of cloud governance principles, including account structure, security, data protection, and cost management.

Knowledge of license management tools and strategies to optimize BTP usage.
