Job Description

Must-Have:

SAP Concur Travel and Expense.

Good to have:

SAP FICO or HCM OR Payroll.

.Concur Travel & Expense experience and its integration with SAP. Subject Matter Expert on Concur application, functionality and customizations, Concurrent reporting tools, workflows. Familarity with Finance , HR and Payroll is desirable.

.Provide support for Major Incident Management and ensure timely resolution of Major Incidents

.Should have delivered support in complex EAI and multi-discipline IT and Business environments

. Ensure SAP functional best practices are adhered to during Incident and Problem investigation and resolution

.Provide technical feasibility and appropriateness of proposed incident & problem resolutions.
