SAP CO Lead
The SAP FICO Consultant (CO and S/4HANA) will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP solutions related to Finance and Controlling modules, particularly in the context of SAP S/4HANA. The role involves working closely with finance and business teams to ensure SAP solutions meet business needs and drive efficient financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation and Configuration:
- Configure and customize SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) modules, including CO-PA, CO-OM, and related functionalities in SAP S/4HANA.
- Analyze business requirements and map them to SAP functionalities, ensuring accurate system design and configuration.
- Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, including blueprinting, testing, and deployment.
- Support and Optimization:
- Provide ongoing support for SAP FICO systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to financial processes and reporting.
- Optimize existing SAP FICO configurations to improve performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with end-users to understand their needs and provide solutions to enhance financial reporting and control.
- Integration:
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
- Coordinate with IT and business teams to ensure smooth data flows and accurate financial reporting.
- Documentation and Training:
- Develop and maintain documentation for SAP FICO configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of SAP FICO functionalities.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with SAP updates, enhancements, and best practices.
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of SAP FICO processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience with SAP FICO, including hands-on configuration and support of CO-PA, CO-OM, and related modules.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, including implementation or migration projects, is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and management accounting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Experience with SAP integration points and data migration is a plus.
- SAP certification in FICO or related areas is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of additional SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD) and their integration with FICO.
- Experience with SAP Fiori and its impact on FICO processes.
- Familiarity with advanced reporting tools and techniques in SAP.
