Job Summary:
The SAP Center Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the SAP training institute. This role includes managing staff, ensuring high-quality training delivery, maintaining operational efficiency, and fostering a positive learning environment. The SAP Center Manager will also be responsible for strategic planning, student admissions, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
Supervise daily operations of the SAP training center.
Ensure the training center is well-equipped and maintains a conducive learning environment.
Monitor and manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation.
Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures.
Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of instructors, administrative staff, and support personnel.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and professional development opportunities.
Foster a collaborative and motivating team environment.
Training Program Oversight:
Ensure high-quality delivery of SAP training programs.
Collaborate with instructors to develop and update training materials and curriculum.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements.
Address and resolve student issues, complaints, and feedback.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the institute's growth and market presence.
Identify opportunities for new training programs and partnerships.
Analyze market trends and adjust offerings to meet industry demands.
Student Admissions and Relations:
Oversee the admissions process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for prospective students.
Maintain positive relationships with current students and alumni.
Organize and manage events such as open houses, information sessions, and graduation ceremonies.
Stakeholder Management:
Maintain relationships with corporate partners, industry professionals, and academic institutions.
Represent the SAP institute at industry events and conferences.
Coordinate with SAP partners and vendors to ensure access to the latest technologies and resources.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education Management, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within an educational or training institute, preferably in the field of SAP or IT.
