Key Responsibilities: Production Support: Provide L1/L2 support for SAP BTP Integration Suite applications and interfaces. Monitoring & Incident Resolution: Monitor production environments, identify issues, and ensure quick resolution of incidents, adhering to SLAs. Keystore & PGP Key Management: Manage PGP keys and keystore configurations, ensuring the security of data flows and integration interfaces. Troubleshooting & Debugging: Analyse failures, identify root causes, and work on solutions for both iFlow and system-level issues. ITIL Process Adherence: Follow ITIL processes for incident, Service Request and change management. System Health Checks: Regularly perform health checks on production systems and work on optimizations and preventive maintenance. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, infrastructure teams, and third-party vendors. Documentation: Maintain and update documentation related to operational processes, configurations, and issue resolutions. Required Skills: 3-5 years of experience in IT, with exposure to SAP integration technologies and production support. Hands-on experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite (previously SAP CPI), including interface monitoring, iFlow debugging, and issue resolution. Strong knowledge of PGP key management and keystore management. Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management). Experience in production support environments with an ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently. Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
