Good hands-on experience in SAP Business Objects WEBI, SAP BO Universe Design Tool (UDT) and SAP Information Development Tool (IDT).
. Hands on Knowledge in DW (Data Warehouse) concepts
. Good knowledge in writing and fine-tuning SQL queries
. Knowledge in working with ITIL tools and resolving tickets based on SLA
. Knowledge in incident analysis and provide resolution
. Experience in Tableau or other BI tools is a added advantage
. Willing to work in support and maintenance activities
. Flexible and willingness to work in shifts and weekend support
. Ability to analyze the requirements and propose reporting solutions
. Ability to enhance BO universe using IDT and UDT based on requirement
Ability to communicate (Both verbal and written) with clients
