SAP BI V4 Trainer

Job Description:

TagSkills is looking for an experienced SAP BI V4 Trainer to deliver engaging and effective training sessions on S/4 HANA, BW/4 HANA, and SAP Analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business intelligence and analytics, along with the ability to mentor and inspire trainees.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct classroom training sessions on BI V4 (S/4 HANA, BW/4 HANA, SAP Analytics), covering both foundational and advanced topics.

- Develop and refine training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and assessments.

- Mentor trainees, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative learning environment.

- Assess trainee performance through evaluations and feedback.

- Stay updated with the latest trends in SAP technologies and analytics.

Technical Skills:

- Expertise in SAP S/4 HANA, BW/4 HANA, and SAP Analytics Cloud.

- Proficiency in SQL, graphical modeling, and CDS modeling.

- Strong understanding of data visualization and reporting tools within SAP.

- Familiarity with Generative AI and its application in SAP environments.

Module Specific Skills:

- Comprehensive knowledge of HANA Overview, CDS Modeling, Embedded Analytics, and SAP DataSphere.

- Ability to conduct practical assessments and coding tests (M1).

- In-depth understanding of BW modeling, native modeling, and hybrid modeling.

In-depth Knowledge:

- Solid grasp of SAP analytics frameworks and best practices.

- Knowledge of agile software development methodologies.

- Familiarity with behavioral skills development and its importance in training.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with trainees.

- Adaptable problem-solving skills to meet diverse learning needs.

- Collaborative mindset to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.

Certifications:

- Relevant SAP certifications in S/4 HANA, BW/4 HANA, and SAP Analytics.

- Certification in Agile methodologies is a plus.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a trainer or educator in SAP BI technologies.

- Hands-on experience in a technical role involving SAP analytics is preferred.
