Preferred Skills

• SAP Standard Application Support
• SAP Basis should have knowledge on standard SAP Security and must be able to perform following activities independently

1. User creation/deletion

2. Create / Modify the roles/profile

• SAP basis required to support production maintenance window
• Work on production change
• Must have hands-on experience in handling major incident management to handle the outage incidents and work independently on root cause analysis and fix the issue
• Basis consultant must have Fiori Application knowledge and should be able to support the active applications as well as know how to activate the new application in Fiori
• Basis consultant must be interactive and work closely with the cloud service provider specifically in the performance management, database management

Good to have Skills

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in SAP
• Minimum 8+ of experience in SAP Basis & Security supporting ECC and S/4 HANA on cloud
• Experience communicating technical and business issues/solutions to all levels of individuals, including managers, directors and executives

Work Timings

• Mon Friday, 18:30 to 12:30 IST + ISH* On Call Mon-Fri until 1:30 IST (Once Monthly Off Hours Deployments (ET night or weekend)
