8-12 years Experience in SAP Basis with at least 1 implementation experience.
Should be expert in upgrades/patching with different OS/DB platforms.
Good working experience in Sybase ASE, Oracle & HANA databases is a must. Just knowledge will not work.
Very good experience in SOLMAN and new SAP technologies
Good working experience in Sybase ASE and replication configurations and handling related issues.
Good working experience in Maxdb for content server support.
Experience in DR setup preferably on Sybase ASE.
Experience in handling refresh and related issues for Sybase ASE.
Expert at handling SAP Router and Web dispatcher issues.
Handle 3rd party certificate issues.
Strong communication skills are necessary.
Willing to work on 24/7
Should be an expert in handling P1 & P2 issues.
Should have strong BAU support experience for Sybase.
Must have worked on SPS upgrades/migrations and System refreshes for both ABAP and Java systems.
Should be capable of handling the support issues alone.
Experience in S4 HANA, S4 conversion, FIORI is an added advantage.
