Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP Consultant with expertise in
SAP BSASI (Business Suite on HANA) and
S/4HANA to join our dynamic team. As an SAP Consultant with over 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end solutions in various SAP modules, working on both traditional and next-generation SAP platforms. You will assist in the design, implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP solutions in a large-scale enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- SAP S/4HANA Implementation: Lead and contribute to end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, from requirements gathering and design to configuration, testing, and go-live.
- SAP BSASI (Business Suite on HANA): Work on the migration and transformation of legacy SAP systems (ECC) to SAP S/4HANA. Provide technical and functional support for SAP BSASI modules and related HANA technologies.
- Consulting & Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. Design SAP S/4HANA solutions that meet business objectives and optimize performance.
- Integration with Third-party Systems: Lead integration efforts between SAP S/4HANA and external systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and system interoperability.
- Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize SAP solutions in the areas of Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to align with business needs while ensuring scalability and performance in a HANA environment.
- Performance Optimization: Apply your knowledge of HANA's in-memory capabilities to optimize SAP applications for performance, speed, and scalability.
- Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support for SAP applications, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system performance bottlenecks. Perform system monitoring and regular health checks for SAP BSASI and S/4HANA systems.
- Testing & Documentation: Support all phases of testing (unit testing, integration testing, UAT) and ensure complete documentation for system configurations, functional specifications, and test results.
- User Training & Knowledge Transfer: Conduct training sessions and provide knowledge transfer to end-users and internal teams.
- Project Management: Act as a project lead or senior consultant, working with project managers and functional teams to deliver SAP solutions on time and within budget.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other SAP consultants, developers, and business users to ensure smooth delivery and transition of SAP S/4HANA solutions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in SAP implementation, support, and optimization with at least 3-4 years of hands-on experience working with SAP BSASI (Business Suite on HANA) and SAP S/4HANA.
- SAP Modules: Extensive experience with SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, or other relevant modules in the context of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Suite on HANA.
- HANA Platform: Solid understanding of SAP HANA architecture, data modeling, and performance tuning techniques.
- S/4HANA Migration: Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration projects and knowledge of tools such as SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, SUM (Software Update Manager), and SAP R3 to S/4HANA transition.
- SAP Solution Manager: Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager for managing lifecycle operations, system monitoring, and application lifecycle management in SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Technical Expertise: Experience with ABAP, Fiori/UI5, and SAP Gateway is a plus for custom development and integration tasks.
- Project Methodologies: Familiar with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
