The Impact You Will Make in this Role:

Joining our ERP/SAP S4 HANA Run Support Organization as an IT Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

This role will be critical to secure seamless ERP Operations across all globally deployed S4 HANA and adjacent application capabilities globally. You will become part of our IT team which is centered in our Global Capability Center in Bangalore India which will scale significantly as we are deploying our new ERP S4-based ecosystems of solutions across the world. We are looking for IT Subject Matter Experts in ORDER, SOURCE, PLAN, MAKE, DELIVER, and FINANCE business processes including Master Data Management, SAP eCommerce Cloud, 3rd party Integrations using SAP BTP and other integration technologies with an excellent technical background in SAP S4 HANA, BTP, Vistex, Ariba, IBP, GTS, OpenText, MuleSoft.

This new healthcare organization follows a cloud-first approach to provision IT solutions. Our SAP environment is provided through RISE for SAP.

The role will require a combination of strong technical skills in the mentioned ERP solutions in combination with working experience from a role in a SAP S4 Technical Center of Excellence.

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and provide technical fixes for incidents impacting the operation of the new healthcare organization ERP platforms.
• Monitoring the ERP system to identify any issues or anomalies, and investigate and troubleshoot system errors, performance bottlenecks, and other technical problems.
• Collaborate with other teams (such as Basis administrators and developers) to resolve issues promptly.
• Handle incoming incidents and service requests related to, prioritize, and categorize incidents based on their impact and urgency and provide timely resolution or escalate to higher-level support if needed.
• Assist in applying patches, updates, and upgrades to the ERP system where applicable and ensure that the system is up to date with the latest fixes and enhancements, collaborate with Software vendors and SaaS providers.
• Manage user roles and authorizations and ensure compliance with security policies and access controls.
• Maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures and generate regular reports on system health, incidents, and performance metrics.
• Depending on your SAP S4 RUN experience you will provide those services on Level 2 or Level 3 and therefore also have the potential to grow within our team alongside your increasing experience.
• Coordinate with developers for customizations, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Participate in testing and validation of changes. Assist in managing system changes, transport, and transport approvals.
• Ensure proper change control processes are followed.

Your Skills and Expertise:

To set you up for success in this role from day one, the new healthcare organization requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years prior SAP ERP support experience
• Minimum of 3 years prior SAP Basis support experience
• Support on S4 HANA Mandatory (3 years experience)
• Basics of BTP Administration Mandatory ( 2 year's experience)
• Cloud ALM -Application Lifecycle Management Good to have
• Certifications specific to the SAP S4 modules or boundary solutions as listed above

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience working with (or for) SAP, Certified Partners, Managed Services providers, or System Integrators
• Experience in a multi-national large company preferably in Life Sciences
• Work experience in a customer SAP ERP Center of Expertise
• Understanding of ERP best practices in process design, configuration, and development
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written, and team collaboration skills.
