What You will do Everyday
You would be responsible for driving the SAP roadmap of our organizations growth journey,
helping to define the process strategy, organizational culture, and best practices, while
collaborating with onshore and offshore teams.
In summation, the mission statement of your role is to work with the IM Development
Operations Manager to build, develop and scale the organization for a sustainable future while
ensuring that we constantly challenge ourselves.
Have a great sense of accountability and responsibility to drive the team from offshore
Setting up process and governance, setting up quality assurance and review process of
the deliverables
Customer and solution-oriented thinking with Target and results-oriented approach
Interface between the product owners, stakeholders, and developers.
Should be a go-getter and motivate the team maintaining the team sprit and
collaboration
Propose and implement innovations and improvements
Establish best practices from coding to delivery ensuring the handover of daily
operations with a proper documentation
Focus on Performance optimizations of customizations in SAP Landscape.
End-to-end SAP Implementation experience
Review TDs, FDs, Blueprints and support tests (unit test, functional test etc)
Well versed in software engineering principles, frameworks, Agile Methodologies
Your Superpowers
Strong experience in SAP Authorization, S/4HANA Security and SAP Fiori security
Manage SAP users, authorizations, and profiles across the SAP landscape ECC, SRM, GTS,
S/4HANA etc
Must have good experience in System Security, Role Maintenance and Authorizations
Experience in handling Incidents, Change Management and Problem Management.
Prepare Knowledge Transition plan and document to Support teams
End user manual preparation and user training the users
Processing of all incoming incidents and service requests as part of a 2nd level support
Execution of tasks from change management for the defined task areas
User account management and authorization assignment for the SAP systems
Telephone, software-assisted user support mainly for the SAP systems, as well as the
identity and access management process, as far as this is related to SAP authorization
requirements
Close cooperation with 1st level support and subject matter experts to improve service
Monitoring the IT service and generating reports
Introduce technical changes into the environment using a structured approach that
minimizes risk and achieves high reliability, availability, and performance of each SAP
instance.
Proficient with SAP authorization concept in S/4Hana, role design, Fiori app assignment
to roles (catalogues and groups), user administration, SOD conflict resolution
Working with respective functional teams and able to map identified task-based
responsibilities to standard Fiori apps, co-ordinate with role and user assignments
Education - Bachelors degree or Masters degree in computer science
Strong written, verbal and Presentation skills along with Analytical skills and Logical
Skills
Excellent communication skills and fluent knowledge of spoken and written English
Strong problem-solving skills coupled with logical and analytical abilities
Should be flexible to work according to German timings (11am to 7:30 pm) / shifts
Should have worked in multi-cultural environment
Willingness to work in Bangalore location and in a Hybrid model
