Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Specialist to join our dynamic team for a full-time position. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Ariba, particularly in procurement and supply chain management, and will play a crucial role in helping our clients optimize their procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementation & Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP Ariba modules, including sourcing, procurement, supplier management, and contract management.
- Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize procurement processes, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Project Management: Manage end-to-end SAP Ariba projects, including planning, execution, and post-implementation support. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide expert guidance on best practices and solutions.
- Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using SAP Ariba solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including project plans, technical specifications, and user manuals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and procurement, to ensure seamless integration of SAP Ariba solutions with other business systems.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Ariba, including full lifecycle implementations.
- Expertise: Deep understanding of SAP Ariba modules and functionalities, with a focus on sourcing, procurement, supplier management, and contract management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of delivering successful SAP Ariba projects.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications: SAP Ariba certification is highly desirable.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in specific industries such as manufacturing, retail, or healthcare.
- Project Management: PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
