We are seeking a skilled SAP Ariba Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and managing SAP Ariba solutions, with a deep understanding of procurement processes and supplier relationship management. You will be responsible for designing, deploying, and supporting SAP Ariba solutions to optimize our clients procurement operations.
- End-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP Ariba solutions, including procurement, sourcing, contracts, and supplier management modules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams test up supplier accounts and access.- Facilitate module user and supplier training
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective SAP Ariba solutions.
- Assess and optimize procurement and supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve supplier performance using SAP Ariba functionalities.
Develop and customize SAP Ariba workflows, forms, reports, and user interfaces to meet specific business needs.- Provide ongoing support to end-users, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver training sessions to ensure effective utilization of SAP Ariba solutions.
Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process flows, configuration guides, training materials, and support manuals.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Implement security best practices to protect sensitive procurement data.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP Ariba trends, features, and best practices. Proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
