- 5+ years of experience in SAP Monitoring or Operations.
- Implementation of SAP Application Performance Management (APM) Solutions for in-house SAP Systems
- Understanding of solution manager operations with respect to performance monitoring and management.
- Design, Implement, Support and Manage SAP Specific Requirements for Observability
- Management and Track of Monitoring-Requirements with Business- and SAP-Teams
- Installation of ABAP Agents SAP Systems and its administration
- Configuration of AppDynamics SAP/abap Monitoring-Agent and Application use cases based on Requirements
- Coordination with Stakeholders for Packaging, Approvals, Change management Process
- Collaborate with in-house SAP Support / Operations Teams to use APM
- Technical Escalation support, collaboration with Stakeholders
Technical Skills
- Experience in setting up including features like alerting, reporting and analytics capabilities and troubleshooting for Business Process Monitoring (BPMon)
- Skilled in System Monitoring, ICMON, IDocs, PI Monitoring and solution documentation
- SAP Solution Manager (monitoring configuration), S4HANA, HANA Database, Fiori, BI
- Knowledge of SAP Instance, database and transaction code/ query tuning to improve the performance of the database/application.
- Good understanding of SAP workload management and memory management
- Should be able to analyze performance bottlenecks (system-wide) on SAP HANA or OS level w.r.t ABAP based applications.
- Should be able to analyze and troubleshoot expensive statements in SAP HANA
- Analytical skills on Solution architecture and provide recommendations based on System performance optimization.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology is preferrable.
