Job Description



  1. Delivery & Management: Lead execution of analytics use cases, ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery, and maintain documentation. Oversee design and implementation of scalable, high-performing data and visualisation platforms.


  2. Data Integration & Governance: Manage data pipelines, platform integration with ERP, CRM, and external systems, and enforce data governance, quality, and security protocols to meet regulatory compliance.


  3. Collaboration & Technical Leadership: Work closely with architecture, infrastructure, and security teams for platform design, cloud best practices, and vulnerability mitigation. Mentor teams and ensure alignment with business goals.


  4. Optimisation & Support: Monitor platform adoption, manage licenses, optimise costs, and ensure support teams are equipped for issue resolution. Collaborate with vendors to uphold SLAs and manage contracts effectively.


  5. Strategy & Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, enhance platform capabilities, and lead innovation while managing team performance, budgets, and continuous improvement efforts.

The Successful Applicant



  1. Educational Background & Expertise: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics (Master's preferred) with 12-15 years of analytical experience applying statistical solutions to business challenges.


  2. Leadership & Technical Experience: At least 5 years of experience in resource planning and delivery, with a proven track record in leading data and visualisation platforms, as well as managing technical projects like upgrades, integrations, and optimizations.


  3. Azure Analytics & SAP Integration: Expertise in Azure analytics platforms (Data Factory, Databricks), extracting SAP data (ECC, S/4HANA) using methods like SLT, ODP, and integrating with non-SAP systems.


  4. Technical Proficiency: Skilled in big data engineering, stream processing, SQL Server, Python, R, and visualisation tools like Power BI/QlikSense, with a solid understanding of scalable data systems.


  5. Frameworks & Preferred Tools: Experience with Scrum methodology and tools, with preferred expertise in SAP Analytics-related technologies.
