What We're Looking For:

Experience:

• 4+ years of relevant experience in SAP ABAP.
• S/4 HANA implementation experience is a must.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong ABAP development expertise in at least 3 out of 6 WRICEF areas (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
• Ability to design technical specifications (TechSpec) and develop objects independently.

Teamwork & Leadership:

• Experience managing 12 junior team members to guide and collaborate with campus hires.

What You'll Do:

• Design and develop ABAP objects independently.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional growth.
• Work on cutting-edge S/4 HANA projects.
