Solution Architecture:

Lead the design and architecture of complex solutions.

Ensure that the system architecture aligns with the Company's long-term

business goals.

Business Process Optimization:

Identify opportunities for business process optimization and efficiency

improvements.

Guide Company in transforming their business processes.

Quality Assurance:

Oversee and ensure the quality of implementations.

Conduct reviews and audits to maintain high standards.

Project Governance:

Establish and enforce project governance standards.

Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

Team Leadership and Mentorship:

Provide mentorship to junior and senior consultants.

Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

Company Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key Company stakeholders.

Act as the primary point of contact for strategic discussions.

Risk Management:

Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects.

Develop contingency plans to address potential challenges.

Training and Knowledge Transfer:

Conduct training sessions for internal teams.

Facilitate knowledge transfer to ensure that the Company's team can

effectively manage and maintain the solution.

Continuous Improvement:

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.Contribute to the

development of methodologies and best practices.

Change Management:

Play a key role in change management processes associated with

implementations.

Guide Company through organizational changes related to adoption.

Executive Communication:

Communicate project updates, strategic insights, and recommendations

to executive-level stakeholders.

SAP HANA:

Experience in SAP S/4 HANA is highly desirable.

Experience and understanding of SAC Analytics and other reporting tools
