Job Overview:
Vedantu, a pioneering Edtech platform committed to student success, seeks a dynamic and passionate Manager to lead our team of Academic Mentors. In this pivotal role, you will drive educational excellence by managing and guiding a team dedicated to student growth. Reporting directly to the Academic Director, you'll combine educational expertise with managerial finesse to ensure optimal learning outcomes for our students. Your proactive approach and leadership skills will be instrumental in fostering a culture of success within the mentorship team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Academic Mentors, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure alignment with Vedantu's educational objectives.
- Performance Oversight: Monitor and evaluate the performance of Academic Mentors, offering constructive feedback, and implementing strategies to enhance their effectiveness in student mentorship.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Academic Director to develop and implement strategies to maximize student engagement, learning outcomes, and overall success.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Oversee the collection and analysis of student performance data, guiding the team in utilizing this data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and effective intervention strategies.
- Resource Management: Manage resources efficiently, including staffing, training, and tools necessary for the team's success in mentoring students.
- Process Enhancement: Continuously improve mentorship processes, implementing best practices and innovative techniques to optimize student learning experiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree
- Minimum 2-3 Years of demonstrated experience in educational leadership, team management, or similar roles.
- Familiarity with educational technology tools and platforms.
- Location - Bangalore
- Region to be handled - Tamil Nadu
- Should be able to speak fluent Tamil & English - Knowing Hindi would be an added advantage
