Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salon Manager to join our team at New Image International. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our salon, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of professionalism. This is a full-time position based in Phagwara, Punjab, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in salon management.

  • 1-3 years of experience in salon management.

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Knowledge of the beauty and wellness industry and the latest trends.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Business acumen and ability to drive revenue growth.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the salon, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and client appointments.
  • Ensure the salon maintains a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
  • Train and supervise salon staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques, and provide training to staff as necessary.
  • Manage salon finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the management team to set goals and objectives for the salon.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, enforcing salon policies and procedures.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as payroll, staff performance evaluations, and scheduling.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the salon through innovative ideas and initiatives.
