As a Salon Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of salon operations to ensure exceptional customer service, smooth workflow, and profitable performance. Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership and Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise salon staff including hairstylists, receptionists, and assistants.
- Set performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.

- Resolve conflicts or issues among staff members and facilitate effective communication.
- Client Services and Satisfaction:
