- Staff Management: Hiring, training, supervising, and scheduling salon staff, including hairdressers, estheticians, nail technicians, and support staff
- Client Relations: Ensuring excellent customer service, addressing client needs and complaints, and building long-term client relationships
- Inventory Management: Managing salon inventory, including beauty products, tools, and equipment, and ordering supplies as needed
- Financial Management: Overseeing the salon's financial operations, including budgeting, setting prices, and monitoring revenue and expenses
- Salon Maintenance: Ensuring that the salon is clean, well-organized, and properly maintained
- Promotions and Marketing: Developing and implementing marketing strategies and promotional activities to attract new clients and retain existing ones
