Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years in a managerial role within the beauty industry.
  • Relevant cosmetology or esthetician license.
  • Strong understanding of salon operations and management principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in budgeting and financial management.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with salon software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Strong sales and marketing skills.
