Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson at Shriram Life Insurance located in Faridabad. The Salesperson will be responsible for promoting and selling life insurance policies, prospecting potential customers, building and maintaining relationships with clients, explaining policy features and benefits, providing personalized insurance solutions, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Knowledge of insurance products and services
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in insurance sales is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
