Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative at Our Own Ready Mix in Kasaragod. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our ready mix concrete solutions to customers. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain customer relationships, and provide excellent customer service. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in sales or related field
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Knowledge of the construction industry and ready mix concrete is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
