Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate at our office located in the Mohali district. The Sales Associate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, demonstrating and explaining product features, negotiating sales, and building strong relationships with clients. The role also involves maintaining sales records and staying updated on the latest product information to provide accurate information to customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service and sales experience
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Knowledge of digital business appliances and photocopiers is a plus
• Technical knowledge of HP printers is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
